Select a Slitting Line if your downstream operations manufacture round/square tubes, hollow structural sections, stamping coils, or automotive structural blanks where recoiled narrow strips are required. Choose a Cut to Length Line when you require stress-relieved, flat, precisely stacked rectangular sheet blanks. Opt for a Flying Shear Line when ultra-high sheet production throughput is mandatory, as the flying shear cuts continuous strip on the fly without stopping line flow, offering up to 3x higher throughput over start-stop CTL lines.

To provide an engineered proposal, our engineering team requires: (1) Material grade and yield/tensile strength (MPa); (2) Coil thickness range (min/max mm); (3) Master coil width range (mm); (4) Maximum and minimum coil weight (tons); (5) Coil inner/outer diameter (ID/OD); (6) Output specifications (number of cuts, minimum slit width, or target sheet cut lengths); (7) Edge burr and flatness tolerances; (8) Target line speed (m/min); and (9) Plant operational voltage, frequency, and phase details.
